Marketing Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the success of our company. This role will be responsible for staging content in HubSpot, managing basic project tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy a flexible schedule. As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HubSpot and digital marketing strategies, while working in a dynamic and innovative marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stage and optimize content in HubSpot:
  2. Website pages
  3. Landing pages
  4. Emails
  5. Blogs
  6. Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
  7. Ads and social media posts
  8. Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
  9. Assist in project management tasks, such as:
  10. Queueing up deliverables in our project management system.
  11. Ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  13. Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  4. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  6. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
