We are seeking a strategic Link Acquisition Specialist to enhance our online presence through innovative link-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of white-hat SEO strategies and best practices to boost our website's search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Conduct thorough backlink analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Establish relationships with influential industry professionals, bloggers, and authoritative sites to secure high-quality guest posts, mentions, and collaborations.
  • Create compelling email outreach campaigns to foster connections and secure valuable backlinks.
  • Manage and optimize law firm listings on reputable directories to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to develop engaging content strategies that drive link equity.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of our backlink profile, removing any toxic or spammy links.
  • Analyze and report on link-building performance metrics using industry-leading tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google's algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEO specialist with a track record of successful link acquisition and GBP listings/citations, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, off-page optimization, and link-building tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and relationship-building purposes.
  • Able to build and nurture lasting relationships with webmasters, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
  • Familiarity with Google search algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with ethical and white-hat link-building methods (no PBNs, spammy techniques, or black-hat tactics).
  • Able to analyze backlink profiles and identify areas for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
