Sales Integration Specialist

This role is designed to support the growth and success of our sales teams by handling tech stack tasks, overseeing systems, and collaborating closely with marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales team growth through effective tech administration
  • Collaborating with the Director of Sales Ops on onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
  • Evaluating and implementing new tech stack, systems, and processes to drive efficiency
  • Communicating with marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow initiatives
  • Designing and managing tech integrations using Zapier to streamline workflows
  • Benchmarking and enhancing automations and workflows in the CRM to optimize performance
  • Developing and maintaining new reports and dashboards in the CRM to provide actionable insights
  • Crafting a comprehensive CRM configuration SOP for new accounts to ensure consistency
  • Managing Oncehub activity, including creating booking links and updating rep availability to maximize productivity
  • Troubleshooting tech-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in CRM software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient solutions
  • Familiarity with Zapier and its applications in workflow automation
