Digital Marketing Specialist

This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality campaigns, ads, and creative assets on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution
    • Create and publish 2 high-quality newsletters per month.
    • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
    • Report on performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, and subscriber growth.
  • Social Media Execution
    • Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month.
    • Collaborate with the video editor to create engaging video content.
    • Write, format, and publish 1 blog each month.
    • Produce 1 case study each month.
  • Lead Operations
    • Import leads from predictive models three times per week.
    • Research lead fit and provide scoring and notes for business development managers.
  • Brand Design
    • Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month.
    • Maintain a high-quality brand asset library.
    • Create sales enablement collateral.
  • Reporting & Optimization
    • Submit a monthly marketing performance report.
    • Recommend optimization or creative experimentation ideas.

The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing skills in HubSpot, experience with design tools, content creation abilities, and lead operations knowledge. They are organized, proactive, outcome-focused, and committed to quality and accuracy.
