The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership while guiding your development team through agile processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing code to build scalable features and reviewing Pull Requests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
  • Leading and optimizing Scrum practices to drive growth and innovation within the team.
  • Providing hands-on mentorship and technical guidance to software engineers.
  • Championing continuous improvement in code quality, test coverage, and deployment reliability.
  • Actively contributing to code reviews and architectural decisions for core platforms.

Requirements

The following qualifications are essential:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET/C# technologies.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of DevOps best practices on cloud platforms.
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience with demonstrable team growth results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and engineering best practices.
