OVERVIEW

1. Delivery

a. Strict facilitation and verification of product loading and unloading to and from the delivery truck

b. Safekeeping of documents required in delivery to customers

c. Planning / researching of delivery locations prior to delivery trip

d. Ensuring communications lines are all open/available throughout delivery trip

e. Ensuring timelines required for the delivery trip/s are executed properly

f. Sending of timely and consistent delivery reports on both text or calls to immediate superior

g. Assist in maintaining discipline and orderliness of assigned porters to delivery/driver

h. Assist in customer inquiry (light inquiries only) if needed

2. Collection

a. Handling and safekeeping of customer payments

b. Verification of customer payment regardless if cash or check – quantity and quality

c. Perform turnover of collected payments to designated department

3. Vehicle Maintenance

a. Perform daily inspection (and documentation) of assigned vehicle/truck

b. Reporting of any vehicle/truck-related problems, damages or losses.

c. Perform basic vehicle/truck troubleshooting

d. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safe working status of vehicle/truck

e. Safekeeping and consistent monitoring of vehicle/truck accessories

f. Adhere to the standard safety measures in driving and troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS


• Male, 20-40 years old, physically fit


• With a valid Professional Driver's License Restriction of 1,2,3 / A,B,C (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2)


• At least high school graduate


• At least two to three (2-3) years experience in positions with functions related to delivery and collection


• Knowledgeable in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Metro Manila routes and familiarity of areas


• Proficient communication skills (for both written and oral)


• Must have own motorcycle (not dependent on commute, for flexibility in work time)


• Must have a smart phone for reporting


• Basic computer skills and in Microsoft Excel and Word for encoding and updating of reports

OTHER INFORMATION


• Willing to work six (6) days a week, may include Sundays - non-negotiable


• Willing to work on holidays if needed


• Willing to work both in Tanza, Trece and Bacoor Stores (majority of assignment will be in Bacoor)


• Willing to undergo extensive background check for safety and security measures
