Join a consultancy that promotes inclusive education for Roma children. We are seeking an expert in education who can support the development of resources and assist with review, analysis, and capacity building activities.

Job Description

The Consultant will work on the development of a toolkit for capacity building of regional and national stakeholders. They will also provide necessary technical expertise to project activities based on the findings of the EU/international review and toolkit. The consultant will be responsible for delivering three trainer sessions and three online sessions for MoEDRY.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake an EU/international review of good practices in addressing education segregation specifically for Roma children and promoting inclusive education.
  2. Develop a capacity building toolkit and deliver training sessions.
  3. Provide necessary technical expertise to project activities.
Qualifications

To qualify for this consultancy, you should have:

  • Advanced degree in international development, human rights, education, or another relevant social science field.
  • At least ten years of professional work experience in education, inclusive education, or inclusion of the most vulnerable groups in education.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in conducting or managing research projects.
  • Good networking and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
