We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Advocate I to perform complex transactions regarding claims and returns requests and process corresponding credits and/or denials. As a Customer Care Advocate I, you will work closely with other departments to resolve disputed claims or debits. Your task will include monitoring system for outstanding deductions and process resolution. You will also make direct calls to customers to obtain missing information, reconcile balances, and notify distribution centers of shipping discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate credit files, distribute credit copies and supporting documents, write denial letters to customers for debits/claims that are denied, and provide exceptional customer service to internal customers. You will prepare monthly metric reports and work with sales force and collections to minimize outstanding balances. Finally, you will escalate issues and concerns to management and adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position.
