Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to lead business process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing analytical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business issues and develop effective solutions
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and system modifications
  • Develop recommendations to enhance business performance
  • Document complex business requirements and processes
  • Create test case scenarios and monitor testing to ensure stakeholder expectations are met
  • Develop business requirement documents/user stories to support necessary changes
Necessary Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field
  • Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance preferred)
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is advantageous
  • Familiarity with business analysis concepts, including Agile approach to prioritizing work

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
