Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for supporting the onboarding process of new hires. This includes working closely with recruiters to ensure accurate set-up of new hires and timely completion of I-9s.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the onboarding process of new hires.
  2. Work closely with recruiters to ensure accurate set-up of new hires and timely completion of I-9s.
  3. Educate employees and stakeholders on company/local policies and procedures.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and collaborate with the HR team to implement changes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
