Job Overview: The Executive Assistant II will support a senior executive in achieving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and exceptional communication. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain confidentiality while representing the executive and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule high-level meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks, including tracking expenses and reconciling reports.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of executive-level events, conferences, and off-site meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in executive administration, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Workday.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting and editing professional correspondence.
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements, including international travel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports, presentations, and executive documents.

Work Arrangements: Remote work option available, with US hours and minimal travel requirements.
