Concierge and Front Office Professional

Role Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences as a front office professional, ensuring seamless check-in, concierge services, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Below are some of the key responsibilities you will have as a front office professional:

  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
  • Coordinate concierge services, including transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and restaurant reservations, to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest complaints and issues, striving for 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room status, and other relevant information to support efficient operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and policies to provide informed responses to guests' questions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing cash handling, processing transactions, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including property management systems (PMS) and other tools.
  • Basic knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
