Financial Ledger Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree and demonstrates a strong aptitude for financial analysis and general ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain General Ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately in the system.
- Prepare Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as necessary.
- Lead or assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance.
- Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Accounting degree
- Experience with GLs
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Accounting system: Great Plains (GP) or any ERP system
