Senior Business Insights Specialist

The Data Analyst is a pivotal role that supports product teams with data-driven insights. They must effectively utilize large datasets to identify opportunities for product and process optimization, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of various courses of action.
Key Responsibilities- Support decision-making processes by providing actionable facts, recommendations, and insights.
- Determine the best approach for analysis and gather necessary requirements.
- Define datasets and dashboards to support critical business processes.
- Utilize data to uncover valuable insights, inform hypotheses, and test ideas.
- Prioritize and plan initiatives that drive business targets.
- Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report results, and recommend next steps.
- Develop and maintain self-service dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training on dashboards when needed.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, or visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Digital Analytics and modern data warehousing solutions.
- Strong team player qualities, including collaboration, respect, and service focus.
- A willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies.
- A genuine passion for data and ability to communicate effectively using data.
