Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

You'll be responsible for generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting, as well as conducting data querying, cleaning, and organization to bolster forecasting efforts.

Additionally, you'll create and maintain forecasting dashboards and reports for effortless data visualization and interpretation, oversee the management of forecasting tools, and customize forecasting tools to meet specific team needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Advanced SQL coding and query skills
  • Experience with Mode and/or Tableau
  • 5+ years call center or outsourcing experience
  • Reporting experience
  • Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results, on time and on target while working across teams
