About the Role
  • Create 30-day plans and captions that help Founders grow their presence.
  • Work closely with other specialists to ensure consistency and deliver engaging, conversion-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop research-driven content, write compelling captions, and build 30-day social calendars.
  • Optimize & Test posts to ensure they are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with design teams to align visuals and messaging.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on social trends to improve content.
Requirements
  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in content strategy or social media with 2+ years' experience.
  • Skills: Excellent English writing skills, caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
