Job Title: Financial Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative functions, acting as a backup for investment advisors, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products, sales processes, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform KYC and account opening procedures
  • Monitor and execute trades and transactions
  • Ensure documentary and account management compliance
  • Coordinate with clients and referrers to ensure compliance with documentary and transactional requirements
  • Collaborate with various units for account opening and trade transactions
  • Provide basic support on investment funds
  • Handle client inquiries and provide product information
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year business course from reputable universities
  • Strong interest in investment, sales, and administrative functions
  • Mastery of investment sales process
  • Sufficient understanding of relevant risks, internal policies, and external regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification Requirements: AMLA Trainings / Mandatory Courses, TOAP UCP Certified, PERA Certified, SEC Mutual Fund CIS
