At JOYESSA FRUITS STORE, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Effectively present product features and benefits to potential clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before and after the sale.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report sales activity and forecasts to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in sales or marketing is desirable.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional public speaking and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a strong customer focus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage potential clients, promote products, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, persuasive, and adaptable with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
