Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator with Facilities Focus to join our team at Sourcefit DR. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with PEZA and Local Government Unit on statutory requirements
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement security protocols
  • Manage requests and complaints from end-users, escalating issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain House Rules and Regulations and other company policies
  • Coordinate technical requests with the Facilities and Administration Team
  • Oversee the updating and validation of expense trackers
  • Ensure timely and proper allocation of office supplies
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and unnecessary overtime
  • Prepare documents for request for payment and purchase request forms
  • Sources and coordinates with vendors for cost-benefit analysis and cost comparison
  • Conduct daily site rounds to ensure adherence to facilities and administration processes and standards
  • Support senior management with day-to-day activities
  • Maintain accurate asset documentation
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Vendor management experience is advantageous
  • Bulk administration coordination and maintenance knowledge is desirable
  • Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred
