Facilities Coordinator

Facility Maintenance:- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct safety training and maintain emergency preparedness plans
- Manage security systems and access control
- Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate facility improvement projects
- Oversee renovations and construction activities
- Implement and maintain eco-friendly practices
- Monitor and report on energy consumption and waste management
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in facilities management or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
