About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance trading and analytics UIs that drive real impact.

This is a pure engineering role, not a management position, so you will have full ownership of implementation and the freedom to craft solutions your way, backed by a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop bespoke front-end experiences that meet the needs of our users.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies such as React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and other tools for state management, performance optimization, and component libraries.
  • Shape our front-end architecture to ensure usability, maintainability, and top-tier performance.
  • Iterate and ship fast, balancing quick execution with a long-term architectural vision.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of front-end engineering experience, building sophisticated web applications.
  • Deep expertise in React & TypeScript - you know how to structure scalable front-end codebases.
  • Performance optimization experience - you care about bundle sizes, hydration strategies, and runtime efficiency.
  • An eye for great UX - you understand design, usability, and accessibility beyond just writing code.
  • Testing experience – familiarity with Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright, Storybook and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to navigate complex trading and analytics workflows.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills – able to work well in a team and foster positive working relationships.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset – a team player with a can-do attitude.
