We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation platforms and applications. This role will focus on building modern, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end features using modern frameworks and libraries.
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers, business analysts, and QA to deliver responsive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences.
  • Implement clean, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready components.
  • Work with APIs to integrate front-end functionality with back-end services.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2-3 years of strong proficiency in JavaScript and React (or a similar modern front-end framework).
  • Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for building responsive and maintainable UI.
  • Proficiency with shadcn/ui for building component-driven UIs with React and Tailwind.
  • Understanding of front-end build tools, package managers, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks or tools.
  • Exposure to microservices or API-driven applications.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices.

Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu (Robinsons Cybergate) or Ormoc (Chinatown)

Shift Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM
