
Australia Financial Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our clients in Australia as a financial administrator.
This role provides hands-on support to professionals in the administration of files, assisting with various tasks including file set-up, correspondence, and record-keeping.
The role is designed to grow with you as your skills and experience develop. You will assist with setting up and managing files, statutory checklists, and records, distributing correspondence to creditors, employees, banks, and regulators.
Liaising with banks to secure accounts and set up trust accounts, managing employee notifications, payroll records, and receipts/payments.
You will prepare and lodge BAS and other statutory filings, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain trust account integrity.
Managing accounts payable/receivable, including invoicing and debtor follow-up, preparing management and statutory reports.
Requirements- Completed related course or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Background in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, discreet, and team-oriented attitude.
This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, with a standard office schedule.
