Talent Acquisition Manager (Human Resources)

Senior Merchandise Leader will oversee product selection, inventory management, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability. This role requires a keen understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and financial performance to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability, and efficient inventory turnover.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships to optimize sourcing and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and develop the merchandising team while ensuring brand consistency across all product categories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of merchandising experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in merchandising systems, with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
