Main Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and develop professional and engaging relationships with potential customers and prospects.
  • The Sales Representative will use email and phone communication to establish meetings for our sales team and operate out of our regional office.
  • The position will be responsible for prospecting, proactive outbound activity, researching and setting appointments for Field Sales Reps, qualifying potential leads, and maintaining prospect information in CRM.
  • The Sales Representative will generate new business through outbound prospecting, run initial discovery calls, and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • The day-to-day tasks include pre-call research and planning, cold and warm calling, follow-up with previous contacts, updating Sheets and CRM records, and working closely with sales management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in similar sales or development roles is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be coachable, results-driven, and desire to meet and exceed outreach metrics.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or business development is preferred, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and CRM software is also required.
