Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies for NUSTAR based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Leads the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities for NUSTAR.
  • Works with NUSTAR Team to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
  • Encourages new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
  • Ensures that NUSTAR meets revenue targets.
  • Develops business and marketing plans in coordination with departmental team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Assists in NUSTAR's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
  • Explains prospective clients about the advantages of the products and services of NUSTAR and follows up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Responds to client queries in a timely fashion.
  • Develops business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develops creative strategies to retain clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends.
  • Maintains a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, prospects, and presentations.
  • Develops strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manages customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Participates in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of NUSTAR.
