Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, organize, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate all training programs and activities
  • Create interactive and effective training presentations
  • Maintain and organize the Shearwater Health Training Library

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness. Teaching credentials or certification are a plus.
