About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll work closely with clients and law firms to ensure a seamless experience throughout the funding process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of incoming pre-settlement funding applications.
    • Effective communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
    • Compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process.
  • Document Review and Evaluation:
    • Analysis of legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents.
    • Verification of completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
  • Process and System Optimization:
    • Maintenance of CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses.
    • Prioritization of high-urgency cases effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal case tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in U.S.-based legal or insurance environments.
  • Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus, but not required.
