Responsibilities include:

  • Expedite Orders
  • Invoice Corrections
  • Return Goods Authorization / Direction
  • Special Build and Drop Off Orders
  • Tracking, correction and processing of missing, misread or incomplete purchase orders
  • Customer complaints including missed shipments and incorrect drop-offs and requests for credit

You will also attend training, workshops, seminars, and focus group discussions to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's goals.
