Job Overview

As a New Product Development Officer at Recooty, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within our organization.

You will be responsible for developing and launching new products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Key responsibilities include formulating development/testing, packaging development, and sourcing suppliers/materials.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing proposals, and supervising the design process.
  • They will also be expected to work seamlessly with marketing, sales, plant operations, and procurement teams to meet consumer needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years R&D, production or QC experience in the F&B manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP, quality concepts, and technical knowledge in food processing is an advantage
  • Strong interest in product and process development
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Expected to travel overseas when required
