Job Overview

The HR Operations Staff is a crucial role within WHR Global Consulting, supporting the smooth operation of various HR activities. This includes payroll, benefits, safety, compliance, and HR information systems. As a Medical Professional - HR Operations Specialist, you will maintain accurate employee records, manage the rewards system, and provide medical care and wellness support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Support: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual physical exams, leave entitlements, and group personal accident plans.
  • Safety and Compliance: Help enforce safety and compliance policies to ensure a safe work environment, maintaining proper documentation and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Records: Manage and update employee information in the HRIS system, generating reports and analyzing data to support HR decisions.
  • Medical Care: Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed, conducting health assessments and managing workplace injuries or illnesses.
  • Wellness Programs: Promote wellness programs and support overall employee health.
Qualifications
  • Nursing Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Active RN License: Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the Philippines.
  • Training Certifications: Possess prescribed DOLE 40 Hrs Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid Training certifications.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience in occupational health or corporate nursing roles.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities, handle confidential information with discretion, and possess knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
