Job Title: Corporate Occupational Health Nurse

Company Overview:

Estimated Salary: PHP 450,000 - 550,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role involves providing medical care and wellness support to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and managing employee records and benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll processing and benefits administration.

2. Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations, including government-mandated benefits concerns.

3. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual physical exam, leave entitlement, group personal accident plan, etc.

4. Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed, enforcing safety and compliance policies to ensure a safe work environment.

5. Manage and update employee information in the HRIS system, generating reports and analyzing data to support HR decisions.

6. Conduct health assessments, manage workplace injuries or illnesses, and promote wellness programs to support overall employee health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- With Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the Philippines

- Preferably with prescribed DOLE 40 HRS Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid Training

- With at least two years of experience in an occupational health or corporate nursing role

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
