Job Title: Protection and Human Rights Consultancy

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled consultancy to conduct a thematic study on protection and human rights. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to analyze the effectiveness and impact of our program in each country, including a comparative analysis of operational strategies.

The consultancy will involve examining the effectiveness and relevance of methods such as the peer-to-peer approach, analyzing how cross-cutting approaches affect youth protection issues, and assessing the sustainability potential of results to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of the program in each country.
  • Examine the effectiveness and relevance of methods such as the peer-to-peer approach.
  • Analyze how cross-cutting approaches (gender, participation, inclusion, etc.) affect youth protection issues.
  • Assess the sustainability potential of results to date.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in protection and human rights.
  • Expertise in thematic studies and research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
