Product Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Performance Manager to join our team in Makati. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the existing BPLAC product and fund portfolio against customer value and set KPIs.

  • You will track product performance vs. business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective measures to ensure achievement of set goals.
  • Providing sales support through regular report generation of product performance for strategy development according to Territory, Area/Division, per distribution channel, in coordination with Business Analytics and Distribution teams.
  • Monitoring performance of newly launched products through report generation and analysis of product strategy, e.g. analysis of customer demographics to ensure penetration of target market segment.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business or other data-related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the insurance industry. Insurance knowledge is a must.
  • Strong mathematical skills, capable of gathering and analyzing financial data, with background in data analytics roles.
