Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centered experiences that drive business growth and satisfaction.

  • About the Role:
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products that exceed client goals.
  • Leverage your expertise in UX research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely across time zones.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing creativity with functionality.
