Technical Customer Support Specialist

The Call Center Technical Support Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities encompass synthesizing internal and external feedback, collaborating on corrective actions, and supporting teams to resolve customer issues.
A key aspect of this position is working closely with partner organizations and technical groups to ensure customer satisfaction on key accounts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. A minimum of one year of technical experience is required, with previous customer-service experience preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work from home, subject to business requirements and employee performance. Successful candidates will maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and supervisors in a virtual work environment.
Work Arrangement:Monday to Sunday, 24 hours x 7 days a week. Five scheduled days may include weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
