We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Billing and Inventory Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Billing management: Prepare, send, process, and track billing payments.
  • Invoice processing: Respond to billing inquiries, process client invoices, and prepare billing reports.
  • Customer portal management: Complete and process all invoices to be uploaded into customer web portals or shared online services for payment.
  • Collaboration with collection team: Communicate with the collection team to track the status of invoices and ensure timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a billing coordinator, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Sage Intact is a plus.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
