Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fare Calculation and Ticketing: Proficiency in GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, Apollo) is essential for accurate fare calculations and ticketing processes.
  • Travel Booking and Management: Thorough understanding of international/domestic ticketing, exchange, refunds, hotel, and car booking procedures is required.
  • Customer Service: Providing optimal solutions to travelers during after-hours or emergency situations is critical.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience/knowledge in one or more GDS applications (Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo).
  • Skills: Proficiency in multiple GDS systems, thorough understanding of IATA World Geography, and ability to interpret Fare calculation lines on GDS ticket images.
  • Qualifications: Good knowledge about OBT (Concur, Get there etc.), efficient knowledge of IATA World Geography, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working Arrangements
  • Location: Onsite 100% at WNS Eastwood Site.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
