Role Summary:

HR Team Lead

This leadership position is accountable for guiding the Human Resources team to achieve exceptional collaboration and performance.

The HR Team Lead oversees daily HR operations, allocating tasks based on team members' strengths and workload. This role plays a vital part in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:

This senior HR professional will be responsible for forecasting workforce needs and creating plans to address talent gaps.

They will also handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations across EMEA region.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The successful candidate will oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

They will work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

  • Essential Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachel Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources and at least 3-4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations.

You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as the ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments.

A thorough understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across EMEA region is essential for success in this role.
