Key Role:

A Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting edtech products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to drive course signups and repeat customer growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing digital or e-commerce products.
  • Leadership skills are an asset, but not essential.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required for collaboration with the CEO.
  • Candidates should share aligned values with the company vision and operating principles.
  • Access to stable high-speed internet and a reliable laptop/computer is necessary.
Benefits:
  • This full-time contractor role offers a competitive salary of up to 40k per month, with potential for a raise to 45k after three months based on performance evaluation.
  • The standard work hours are 10AM-7PM, Monday to Friday, Manila Time, with possible schedule rotations between 9am-10pm.
  • This is a one-year renewable overseas contract, with the position classified as independent contractor.
