We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects from start to finish and possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills.

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 8 consultants and ensuring compliance with consistent delivery standards. Key responsibilities include liaison with clients, actively managing stakeholders' expectations, mitigating project risks, and ensuring adherence to project management methodology during implementation of the solution.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and be results-oriented with a high attention to detail.

• Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship.
• Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects.
• Mitigate project risks and remain the escalation point for internal and external teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodology during implementation of the solution.
• Review and advise on project changes to budget, scope, milestones, and release dates.
• Triage opportunity support requests from Sales and negotiate with CPs, Team Leads, and others to support pre-sales activity.
• Participate in sessions with NetSuite clients and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis.
• Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.
• Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.
• Deliver strategic business reviews to educate clients on key platform trends and considerations.
• Communicate reports regarding project status, risk management, and escalation of issues.
• Be client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership endures.
• Collaborate with the PMO to assign team members to projects while balancing client/project needs, utilization, and individual needs.
• Conduct formal career conversations and reviews with direct reports and provide mentorship, wellness check-ins, and conflict resolutions.
• Involvement in refining processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives across the delivery organization.

• Amenable to work night shift: 8:00 PM-5:00 AM PHT.
• Willing to relocate to Pampanga (for candidates currently residing outside Pampanga).
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, with a strong focus on NetSuite implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including Financials, CRM, and Supply Chain modules.
• A track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and client expectations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Change Management or Organizational Development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• NetSuite Certifications are preferred.
• Results-oriented with a high attention to detail.
