Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement onboarding plans for new employees
  • Develop training and development programs for staff members
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and EEO data
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employment and working conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, and training and development
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training is beneficial
