Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary:We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement onboarding plans for new employees
- Develop training and development programs for staff members
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and EEO data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employment and working conditions
- Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, and training and development
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training is beneficial
