We are seeking a skilled professional to support our digital marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from digital platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital projects.
  • Analyze digital processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced candidates with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to quickly adapt to new software and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
