We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Configuration Analyst. As a Data Configuration Analyst, you will work closely with our Customer Experience Delivery teams and play a crucial role in driving outcomes for customers during their implementation journey.

The Role: We require an experienced individual who can support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.

  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, whilst communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work alongside our Implementation Consultants and customer support team, with opportunities to learn and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying out necessary resolutions and action items. Additionally, they will complete administrative tasks such as systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates, and other ad-hoc requests.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by working closely with internal teams.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, including Salesforce and Asana.

Requirements: The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment. They must have experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry, as well as administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
