Patient Care Coordinator Role

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate patient care while maintaining exceptional communication skills.

The Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding patient care through effective communication and coordination with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and coordinate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence in phone, email, and text communication while upholding high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare or medical office setting (patient coordination or similar role preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (training provided if necessary).
  • Proficiency with office software, email systems, and document management.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with a remote team.
