Patient Care Coordinator Role

The Job Description:
- Provide outstanding patient care through effective communication and coordination with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and coordinate referrals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence in phone, email, and text communication while upholding high service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a healthcare or medical office setting (patient coordination or similar role preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (training provided if necessary).
- Proficiency with office software, email systems, and document management.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with a remote team.
