Responsibilities include managing candidate databases, communicating daily with Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialist, and drafting documents for candidate correspondence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Candidate Database Maintenance: Update candidate information and send reminders as necessary.">
  • Communication: Collaborate with Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialist and Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Associate regarding candidate status.">
  • Document Preparation: Draft and send offer letters and employment agreements to candidates.">
  • General Administrative Support: Assist HR Director with various tasks, including onboarding, recruitment, discipline management, and offboarding.">
