We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Fresh Graduate to join our team as a Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for web development.


\Key Responsibilities:
\
  • Develop high-quality web applications using Laravel and PHP frameworks.
  • Design and implement responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Less, or Foundation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver enhancements to existing web solutions within specified timelines.
  • Identify and recommend optimizations to improve the scalability of web applications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to peers within the web development team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments and organizational levels.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with a good scholastic record are open to this opportunity.
  • Internship or freelancing experience in web development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of at least one MVC framework, preferably CodeIgniter.
  • Strong sense of CSS3 transitions and DOM-based animations.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
