Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Operational Risk Profiles on a quarterly basis, including supplemental monthly summaries for each Legal Entity.
  • Execute the risk management framework, identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks associated with business areas.
  • Align risk and control processes to mitigate, monitor, and bring up risks appropriately.
  • Identify and monitor metrics to measure risks within Business Units and share relevant information with partners.
  • Work across lines of defense to identify, remediate, and sustain issues and action plans.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Inspire different approaches or ways of working.
  • Present information clearly in writing and orally.
  • Convince others on key topics by presenting persuasive arguments.
