Job Overview:

GHL Systems Berhad is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering GHL products and services to merchants and acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell GHL products and services to small and medium enterprises
  • Perform fieldwork sales of Point-of-sale (POS) terminals or credit/debit card devices
  • Meet monthly sales quota
  • Provide initial fraud orientation to merchants
  • Assist clients with concerns and coordinate with GHL Head Office
  • Be the first line of support for technical concerns about POS devices
  • Travel within assigned territory and nearby areas for fieldwork sales

Requirements:

  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • At least 1 year of sales experience required; merchant acquiring experience an advantage
  • Willingness to perform fieldwork type of selling
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Good networking skills and ability to handle numerous clients and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
