Job Overview:

The Quality and Knowledge Strategist will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing quality and knowledge assets within the organization to ensure valuable information is effectively captured and disseminated.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and knowledge management across the organization
  • Analyze data related to quality and knowledge utilization and share insights with the COE Manager Q&K Officer for strategic and tactical decision making
  • Collaborate with departments to facilitate quality and knowledge capture from best practices and learned using different online platforms and system applications
  • Select, implement, and maintain quality and knowledge management software and platforms
  • Ensure the security and accessibility of knowledge repositories
  • Provide technical support and training to team members using quality and KM tools
  • Collaborate with the Q&K Officer and other teams to integrate KM practices into existing MIS systems

Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or Information Management or related field
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with either Quality and/or Knowledge Management System, Project management, Process Improvement, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma, KM System and tools, data management, and IT support
